Our team of skilled opticians inspect the accuracy of the prescription lenses and the alignment of each frame many times during production.
We also make sure that delivery of the frames is done in a secure manner with durable and hard cases.
In the event you are not totally satisfied with your eyeglasses you may return them and get a FULL refund (shipping costs NOT included) or a NEW pair of eyeglasses (equal or less cost) - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

Terms and Conditions:
- The above policy is only valid if and when:
- Returns are made within 7 days of receiving the frames.
- Customer contacts Customer Service WITHIN 7 Days of receiving their eyeglasses.
- The returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
- The tracking number is issued to customer service via Email or Phone.
- After the 7 days limit, customers may still receive a 50% refund for the glasses ordered.
- We do NOT refund shipping and packaging costs.
